I’m seeing a lot of AI call recorders recently, and that’s allowed me to start to differentiate them.

Today I’m looking at Spiky.ai, which seems to hit on all topics (a rarity for these new tools):

  • pulls out coaching based on what was/wasn’t said

  • syncs up to a crm

It’s also one of the more cost effective options, with a free plan bumping up to $29/mo at the lower end. To go a little deeper into features:

1. Interactions → Insights: Analyzes non-verbal cues. This means you can better gauge how your prospects are feeling and adjust your approach accordingly.

2. Qualification: The tool assigns a score to deals/leads to help in qualification and prioritization.

3. Transcripts: It takes notes, gives action items, and transcribes it.

4. Coaching: The tool provides automated feedback and an academy that can help improve overall performance.

6. CRM Integration: It plugs into the most popular calendars, meeting tools, and CRMs.
